SIA PR Kvadrāts, Unified Registration Number 40003845601, registered address: 13 Alberta Street, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the Maintainer), is the owner, maintainer and personal data operator of the website olsen.lv.

By visiting and using olsen.lv, the website visitor (hereinafter referred to as the Visitor) clearly agrees to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy described herein, including the use of cookies, unless the Visitor's browser is set to block cookies.

Personal Data Protection

1.1. While visiting and using olsen.lv, the Maintainer may receive information containing personal data:

• by obtaining personal data directly (email address),
• by obtaining information indirectly (for example: using cookies and other technical means to monitor the use of olsen.lv).

1.2. The Maintainer shall process Visitors' personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and other laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate the processing and protection of personal data. • to send commercial messages (only in accordance with the Visitor's separately given consent to receive such messages),
• to strengthen the customer loyalty program,
• to ensure the fulfilment of other obligations arising from contractual obligations or from the correspondingly concluded agreements (transactions).

1.4. The Maintainer shall ensure the protection and security of the Visitors' personal data, their non-distribution to third parties to the extent that is determined by the requirements set out in the Personal Data Protection Law and other laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate the processing and protection of personal data, except for the Maintainer's partners who provide the olsen.lv service provision, to the extent that personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of contractual obligations.

1.7. The Visitor shall be entitled to request that his/her personal data be supplemented or corrected, as well as stop their processing or destroy them, if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, false, or is no longer necessary for the purposes of collection. In this regard, the Visitor shall inform the Maintainer by sending an application in any format to 13 Alberta Street, Riga, LV-1010 or to the email info@olsen.lv, using a secure electronic signature.

1.8. Visitors' personal data shall be stored no longer than required by laws and regulations.

Cookies

2.1. olsen.lv uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies. Google Analytics (_ga) cookies are used to calculate visitor, session, campaign data and track website usage in the website analytics report. Meta Pixel cookies are utilized to deliver relevant content to users and enhance the efficacy of our advertisements. Cookies store information anonymously and assign a randomly generated number to identify unique visitors.

Commercial Announcements (Offers)

3.1. A commercial announcement is any announcement in electronic form intended for the direct or indirect promotion of goods or services, or for the promotion of the image of a merchant, organisation or person engaged in commercial activity, economic activity or regulated professional activity. Information that enables direct access to general information about the service provider and its activities (domain name or email address) shall not be considered a commercial announcement.

Other provisions

4.1. Consent and Privacy Policy Modifications

4.1.1. By participating in the activities of olsen.lv, the Visitor confirms his/her consent to the provisions of the Privacy Policy. If the Visitor does not agree to this Privacy Policy, the Maintainer asks the Visitor not to submit personal information to olsen.lv.

4.1.2. The Maintainer shall reserve the right to unilaterally modify and supplement the Privacy Policy at any time without notice, by publishing the modifications in the Privacy Policy section of olsen.lv.
